If you're having surgery, your surgeon will refer you to Pre-operative Assessment. A visit to our office before your surgery is essential to ensure you have the best hospital experience. At the Pre-operative Assessment you'll receive the following services:

• Pre-registration and certification
• Anesthesia consultation
• Information on what to expect during and after surgery
• Any required lab work, X-rays and EKGs
