Nurse Midwives - Our Services

At more than two-thirds of all births worldwide, a midwife is present. We can serve as your primary provider for obstetrical care, or we can assist with your physician. Our services include:

• Consultations at no charge to discuss philosophy of care, credentials and birth options
• Preconception and family planning
• Pregnancy testing
• Prenatal tests, including ultrasounds
• Supportive care and education throughout pregnancy, labor and birth
• Vaginal birth as an option to women who have previously had a cesarean
• Obstetricians/gynecologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists and neonatologists services if risk factors become evident
• Comprehensive postpartum care, breast-feeding instruction and support, baby care education
• Gynecologic exams
• Menopause care
